1. Products
All jewellery items are original handmade products of Aurora. Product photos are for reference only. Minor texture and colour variations inherent to handmade goods are normal and not considered defects.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Orders will only enter production and shipping arrangement after full payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and abnormal system prices.
3. Order Rights
We reserve the right to review orders. Abnormal orders, duplicate orders, suspected fraudulent orders or out-of-stock orders may be cancelled with full refunds issued.
4. Shipping Risk
All delivery times are estimates only, excluding public holidays and force majeure events. Once parcels are collected by the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.
5. Intellectual Property
All images, texts, designs and brand visuals on this website are original works of Aurora. Unauthorised copying, reproduction and commercial use are prohibited.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Statutory guarantees cannot be waived by our store rules.
7. Final Interpretation
Subject to valid Australian law, Aurora reserves the right of final interpretation and amendment of all transaction rules, promotional terms and website policies.
