1. Production Lead Time
All Aurora jewellery is handmade. Please allow 1–3 business days for production after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.
2. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to addresses within Australia only.
3. Delivery Time
Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
4. Shipping Fees
Free shipping for orders over AUD 199.
5. Delivery Responsibilities
If parcels are returned to sender due to incorrect delivery address, re-delivery costs shall be borne by the buyer.
If the courier system marks the parcel as “delivered”, we are not liable for subsequent loss of items.
6. Final Clause
Subject to Australian law, Aurora reserves the right of final interpretation for all shipping rules, fee standards and logistics judgements.
